Firsts: I’m a Guest-Poster!

Hey everyone!  Had to share, Sarah from Rhinestones & Telephones has been busy making Christmas gifts and has invited her favourite bloggers to attempt to fill the big empty space that is her regular and inspiring blog posts and she invited yours truly to participate!  Whoop!

The post went up today:  I decided to chat about one of my favourite weekends of the year, which happens to be in a few days!  Thanksgiving weekend is my favourite because not only the amazing meal with loved ones, but also because Trent & I also traditionally put up all our holiday decorations that same weekend.

I touched on all the holiday decorations I’ve made for our various homes along the way (including the above nativity scene that took 4 years to complete!).  I hope you head over there and enjoy!  And of course…

Happy Thanksgiving!

I love your creche.. It is such a great idea. Although my Mum has always had the same one, it is really beautiful, but we don’t have one at home (I have always spent Xmas at home to be fair). Maybe I will knit one as well for the UK home…

Enjoyed your post. My favorite is still your nativity set. The wreath should be nice; what color will you use?

I love all of your handmade goodies! I kept coming back to the stockings since that’s what’s on my mind right now. I don’t have time to make something for this year but that just means I have plenty of time to think about next Xmas. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

Just downloaded the patterns for this super-cute nativity, and I’m definitely making a tree topper angel this weekend 🙂
